The service helps creators manage client inquiries, automate draft responses, track bookings and deliverables, and streamline their administrative workflow — so they can spend more time doing what they love.

User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- All emails sent through the platform, including the accuracy and appropriateness of their content.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information, including your name, studio details, and contact email.
- Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Ensuring that your use of FocalFlowAI.com complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
FocalFlowAI.com generates draft email responses using artificial intelligence. These drafts are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before sending. FocalFlowAI.com is not liable for the content of any email sent by you through the platform, regardless of whether the content was AI-generated or manually composed. By sending any email through FocalFlowAI.com you confirm that you have reviewed and approved its contents.

Gmail and Google Calendar Access
By connecting Gmail and Google Calendar, you grant FocalFlowAI.com read access to your inbox and calendar data solely to provide the service. Specifically:
- Gmail access is used to read incoming inquiries and, with your explicit approval, send email responses you have reviewed and authorized.
- Google Calendar access is used to check your availability and surface scheduling information within the platform.

Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions to FocalFlowAI.com are billed on a monthly basis through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. FocalFlowAI.com reserves the right to change its pricing with 30 days' notice to subscribers via email.

Free Trial
Eligible plans include a free trial period as described on the pricing page. At the end of the trial period you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel your subscription before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge.

Data and Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. FocalFlowAI.com does not sell your personal data or your clients' data to third parties.

No Liability for Data Loss
FocalFlowAI.com is not liable for any loss of data, including inquiries, draft emails, deliverable records, calendar events, or any other content stored on the platform, whether due to technical failure, service interruption, or any other cause. You are responsible for maintaining your own independent records of all business-critical information.

Account Termination
FocalFlowAI.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the platform. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@focalflowai.com.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FocalFlowAI.com's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to FocalFlowAI.com in the three months immediately preceding the claim. In no event shall FocalFlowAI.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Hawaii.

FocalFlowAI.com may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the service after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
